- Heat Strike Water 5.65 gal to 168.5 F
- Add all Minerals
- Dough In Grains
- Mash for 1 hr
- Lauter
- Drain wort to boil Kettle
Sparge
- Heat Strike Water 4.5 gal to 170 F
- Sparge until there is 7 Gallons in Boil Kettle
Boil 60 minutes
- Add 60 min Hops
- .25 oz Southern Cross
- .85 oz Summit
- Add 15 Min Hops
- 1 oz Cascade
- Add Whilrfloc tablet
- Add 5 Min Hops
- 1 oz Cascade
- Add Flame Out (whirlpool)
- 1 oz Cascade
- 1 oz Crystal
- 1 oz Mosaic
Cool Down
- Chill to 70 F
- Aerate wort
- Check OG – expected 1.063
- Pitch yeast
Dry Hop at 7 days
